Arsenal Interactive Entertainment CD-ROM

Following a previous produced collection of club specific CD-ROMs (produced for Celtic, Aston Villa & Leeds United), a disk was produced, in association with the Arsenal and Anglia Multimedia, called 'Arsenal : Inside Highbury'. It was a well timed product, as the club won the double that year, and sales of the product improved significantly as a result.

The CD-ROM, best described as a cross between a club video and club book, got fantastic reviews in the press and allowed fans an exclusive view behind the scenes of the club.

It contained interviews with the whole squad, behind the scenes on match day, with commentary provided by Tom Watt (lofty in Eastenders in a past life) and contain over 1½ hours of video content, spliced with statistics, history, Arsenal quiz and club information.

Conceived, conceptualised and designed with little client involvement, save final signoff of content - this was a dream job for sports loving designers, and became, as one press article said, a '…labour of love…'

Production processes: Data and picture research, QTVR, Video directing, filming, editing and producing, Lingo programming, CD-ROM authoring and programming.
